The testing services provided by MECANO ID include all environmental mechanical tests inherent in developing, qualifying and acceptance testing embedded. |
The requirement
Reproducing vibratory environmental conditions to meet specifications or standards enables us to assess how a model behaves, qualify prototypes and acceptance test production models. All these test phases are crucial for guaranteeing an item of equipment’s service continuity throughout its lifecycle.
The solution
Weather you need sine wave, random, sine on noise, noise on noise (narrow band), standard shock (half-sine, saw tooth, trapezium), MECANO ID’s LDS V850 Combo and ETS 7200 electromechanical vibrators can generate vibrations in the 5 to 3,000 Hz range.

The requirement
In the space industry, pyrotechnical shocks are caused by fairing, satellite or appendices release. These very fast, high-energy shocks often determine design choices, especially for electronic equipment comprising relays or quartz components
The solution
The metal/metal impact machines developed by MECANO ID reproduce SRS spectra characteristics of these types of shock and can deliver several thousand g’s.

The requirement
Correctly designing a screw-mount assembly involves measuring screw preloads, whereas the only commonly known magnitude at the time assembly is completed is the screw torque applied.
The solution
The test set developed by MECANO ID is used to plot the preload/torque relation from a pseudo-stochastic process using samples representatives of the assemblies tested.
