MECANO I.D. has the necessary in-house facilities to provide these services on its premises: our enterprise network features servers and workstations running MSC Patran, Ideas Master Series, MSC Nastran and MSC Dytran plus proprietary utilities developed in-house.

AREAS OF EXPERTISE

The Analysis Dept. excels in mechanical modelling for all types of equipment :

  • Static, modal or thermoelastic analysis,
  • Harmonic, random or transient response
  • Fatigue analysis,
  • Non-linear analysis.

The Dept. provides mechanical design services with extensive experience in :

  • satellite component mechanical design,
  • satellites (electronic equipment, antennae, metal and composite structures),
  • experimental or manned-flight onboard equipment mechanical design,
  • mechanical waveguide design,
  • ground segment equipment and systems mechanical design,
  • mechanical test prediction and management, result interpretation and test report authoring,
  • model resetting after mechanical test results.
